Bryce Nelson - Contracts Administrator With over 35 years ’ experience in the building industry , Bryce brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Urbane as Contracts Administrator . Bryce ’ s background as a Quantity Surveyor ensures that all our construction administration carried out to the highest standard .
Tom Ratajczak - Contracts Manager Tom brings a depth of construction contractual knowledge , holding both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Applied Science ( Architectural Science ) from Curtin University . Tom will ensure the smooth co-ordination of construction schedules in adherence with the client ’ s construction budget .
