TRINISHA: Yes. Unfortunately when striving to be successful we will encounter these negative characteristics and traits. Over The Top Modeling hasn't been immune to the egos and jealousy internally and externally. By focusing on what my overall end game is....."Our mission is to promote and uplift ourselves & others, Exemplify the beauty of men and women through the world of Fashion & Modeling, To build and Display Positive Character & Self-Esteem, While Maintaining Integrity, Respecting Ourselves, Others and One Another; I am able to remain professional, first & foremost, Humble and Grounded even in the midst of adversity

What is your advice to aspiring models?

TRINISHA: 1. Take advantage of and be appreciative of EVERY opportunity presented to you, no matter how unimportant or "Big" you may think it is. Be appreciative of every opportunity presented to you.

2. Invest in yourself by practicing your runway presence for fashion shows and facial expressions and poses during photo shoots.

3. ALWAYS maintain a positive attitude. Rome wasn't built over night nor was it built by one person and neither will your modeling career. People will help those who show enthusiasm, positiveness, motivation and are willing to help themselves.

GFM: What does fashion mean to you?

TRINISHA: For me, fashion helps you express "yourself" and therefore it should always be based on what you find interesting and no one else!

GFM: How has modeling changed other aspects of your life?

TRINISHA: I have been able to make a positive impact on many lives. If I am able to impact one persons life, then I feel a huge sense of accomplishment.

GFM: What distinguishes a good model from a bad one?

TRINISHA: Very simple, attitude, perseverance, and motivation.
