It makes my job easier because we work together as a team. They do what they have to do on their end to promote themselves, and on my end, I make sure I’m putting my best effort forward to ensure that everyone’s needs are met. Every client has different needs. We have artists, models, actors, authors, motivational speakers, and everything is different. Its a matter of finding out what each client needs and making sure I fulfill their needs to be sure they are represented properly. I tell all my clients, not only are they representing themselves, but also Bright Star Agency. The same applies to me.

U.G. Digital Mag: It’s so exciting to sit and talk with you about Bright Star Agency. After seeing the number of clients you have, I’m amazed at how you keep it together, having so many lives in the palm of your hand. That, coupled with everything else, can be difficult to juggle. What has been your strategy in maintaining it all simultaneously?

Coko Lynn: You have to balance it all out. I’m so blessed to have a team where we all work together. I love working with motivated people who are passionate in their careers.

This month, our cover artist is none other than Coko Lynn, who in addition to manning the ship that is Bright Star Agency, is also an artist. Her status as an artist is what makes her so good at what she does. Running Bright Star Agency, she knows exactly what her clients need. She knows the essentials, and they are definitely getting those and a whole lot more.

The best thing about it all is the atmosphere. They are literally one big family! What the many clients who are a part of this family are getting is far greater than someone who is securing them business, events, and more.
