In Vegas, I see a lot of shows, but I’ve never seen it blended with hip-hop. What’s

the perception or reaction when you perform?

JR: People are really excited, and they’re jaw-dropping. They’re curious when they see it for the first time. They think it’s something special because we’re combing magic with hip-hop. They see it as being the future of hip-hop.

U.G. Digital Mag: I’m glad you speak on the future of this. What do you see or envision for it?

JR: I envision cool things happening. Music videos, and bigger collaborations. Maybe a magical tour. Instead of buying a ticket for a rock concert, you get a ticket for a magic show that follows with hip-hop. It’s building a bigger scene.

U.G. Digital Mag: How frequent are you doing shows right now?

JR: I’m putting one together as we speak. I’m doing one this summer called “From nothing to Something”, and it’ll be followed by my EP as well.
