James Johnson: What else is going on moving forward?

Traci S. Campbell: Well the C.H.A.M.P. side of the house will be expanding into some other areas. We’re talking to some other organizations. We are in talks to introduce an award ceremony for C.H.A.M.P. that would focus on academic, athletic, and community service excellence as it relates to our young folks. We’re excited. It would have a sports and athletic theme to it. I tell people, think Nickelodeon Awards. We’re working on it. We’re close to getting the blueprint. It started out in my head. Luckily I have people around me who don’t think I’m crazy and are able to take what’s in my head and bring it into fruition. I think it’s an awesome synergy. Those are just some of the things we’ll be working on in 2015.

James Johnson: Oh man. That is something I would love to be a part of.

Traci S. Campbell: Oh, we would welcome it. We have a lot of work to do James. There’s no shortage of work. We would welcome you aboard.

James Johnson: It’s really awesome. To me, anything giving back to youth is good.

Traci S. Campbell: Exactly. And doing it in a way that’s not glamorous in the way that BIBO Tour is. The C.H.A.M.P. Within Awards would be more casual, but at the same time, we will give out real awards and real honors to exceptional teens.

James Johnson: Is there anything else that I did not mention?

Traci S. Campbell: I think we covered it all! We covered a lot of ground. The only other thing I’d like to mention is that this is our second year with BIBO Tour. The women we have honored just blow my mind. A lot of them are coming on board in some capacity onto the BIBO Tour team on a more permanent basis: senators, judges, politicians, actresses, performers, educators…. It’s just amazing. We’ll be honoring more military women in 2015. It’s growing fast and we’re just trying to keep up with the pace and momentum.

James Johnson: I think it’s huge. I can see really big things coming and it’s already really big, at least to me.

Traci S. Campbell: I thank you. And the last thing I want to say is my husband is a significant part as well. It’s a team and family effort. If it were not for the talented husband I have who is naturally artistic and very creative, we would not have the awesome Reflection Award trophies. He designed and hand-crafted these with some other team members. They have been well-received. We hope to continue that going forward. As we grow, we’ll have to figure out how we’ll get him some more help! But it’s just absolutely amazing the talent by which I am surrounded. I just want to give thanks to Beatrice Davis, Brandon Adams, and Donald Ortale; those individuals work very hard and are a true blessing to BIBO Tour and C.H.A.M.P. Community Project.

James Johnson: It’s awesome to have the help, and
