Stacy Rose: Once you’re in it, it’s hard to do without it. I totally understand.

U.G. Digital Mag: What other objects are coming with you?

Stacy Rose: Outside of Ballers, we’re still working on Bridge the Stage. We’re almost done with post-production. That takes a lot of time. I have other projects coming soon that I won’t mention yet. I’ll share those once we officially get the green light. Definitely more faith-based films, and as well radio. We’re going into new markets in Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. That takes a lot of time as well. I do a show in Miami on Saturdays called the Love Doc and Girl Power Radio Show, which is one of the more popular shows in the Caribbean market here in South Florida. That’s it for now.

U.G. Digital Mag: That’s a lot, when you look at the full perspective. With everything else going on, plus family, it’s a lot.

Stacy Rose: Yes. it’s a handful. But it’s definitely good stuff.

U.G. Digital Mag: Any type of words of encouragement today?

Stacy Rose: One of the things that come to mind, even for myself as I adjust and plant seeds in my career, I have to remind myself that we were designed on purpose and for a purpose. There are certain things inside of us that we love, and things that we have a predisposition toward. We have to own them. I had to own the fact that I am an actor. I’ve been doing it for years, but I didn’t own it. I want to encourage people to own it. Whatever it is that you love, and would do for free, and can’t imagine your life without, just do it. Everything else will fall into place. I’ve heard it so many times before, but now it’s coming home to me. You can’t hear it too many times. I heard an actor say, we as actors, we’re all the spices in a rack. Some of us are black pepper or salt, and we get called upon a lot, but when you need Saffron, there his no substitute for Saffron and I was like oh my god, I’m Saffron [laughing]. So whatever it is you are, just own it.

U.G. Digital Mag: I’m grateful for our talk. You are really doing it. You’re following your love, and doing many things. I’m learning from you, I love the show, and you’re amazing. I’m following and I’m glad we had this opportunity. I thank you.

Stacy Rose: Thank you so very much for your words, and the opportunity.
