Urban Grandstand: Talk about things you’ve been able to work on?

Keaira: I haven’t done much lately. I did more when I first moved here, but I’ve been laying back more recently because I’ve been doing a few other things. There are modeling opportunities and fashion shows, but much of the opportunities are not paid. There’s more video shoots than anything. There’s not much else, unless your brand is already established. For someone like myself, there’s not really a lot.

Urban Grandstand: Are there any current projects for us to look out for aside from your book?

Keaira: My marketing and PR company has things coming up for me and to be on the look out soon

Urban Grandstand: As far as acting, are there any roles at all?

Keaira: More stage things. Theater. That’s about all you really can do here. I’ve been an extra for a few films in Shreveport. At that time, it was really moreso for money. I didn’t really know the steps to take it further.

Urban Grandstand: Touching on your book, what type of book are you working on?

Keaira: It’s something based on my life experiences, but some things are just things I feel will be interesting to readers. It will be more of a novel once I’m completely done.

Urban Grandstand: What did you really want to get out there to everyone with our conversation today?

Keaira: I just want to work on my acting and modeling. I need to work on my reel as well. In terms of writing, I don’t need a lot of help. I just need the next steps in publishing.

Urban Grandstand: Again, thank you so much for taking the time out today. I really appreciate you.

Keaira: Thank you as well.
