Tessier guarantees its street furniture against any manufacturing defects. The warranty period is 5 years from the date of delivery for the integrity of the structure, provided it is used and maintained normally. A limited 2-year warranty applies to the Painted steel structure, 1 year for the Aluminum structure, and 1 year for the baked-on powder coating. This warranty does not cover alterations or breakage caused by vandalism, natural events, terrorist acts, improper assembly or installation, and damage caused by use other than the intended use of the product. Any merchandise return must be pre-approved by one of our representatives.
The costs of dismantling, storage, packaging, transportation, and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Tessier’ s liability is limited to the price paid by the customer for the goods in question.
