Bethany Baptist Church( formerly known as Oakland Baptist Church) is located approximately 4 miles northwest of Tremont in the Oakland Community. The history of Bethany Baptist Church has been traced back to 1842 making it among one of the oldest Baptist Churches in Itawamba County. It is the desire of Bethany Baptist Church to serve the Lord and our community and to carry out the Great Commission.
