The more traditional services UMC Fulton holds have also attracted members of other denominations who appreciate the liturgic practices of the church.
“ They have been abundantly gracious to us,” he said.“ It has enabled us to do a lot of things, all the things a church does.”
Lilley added that the relationship between the two churches has given him immense comfort in his ministry and his own walk with Christ.
“ It’ s been an encouragement to me in my own discipleship,” he said.“ I hope that it’ s a witness not only to the community around us to the Gospel that we share, but that it’ s a witness beyond that as well.... My biggest hope for Fulton UMC is that we would be faithful to the faith that’ s been handed on to the saints, that we would seek to be the church across time and space and history, which will lead you to have a lot of
