In the circumstances stated by the Secretary, State
Election Commission in the letter 4th read above and
keeping in view of the orders already issued in references
1st to 3rd read above, after careful examination of the
matter Government hereby authorise the Collector and
DistrictElection Authorities in the State (except Hyderabad)
to take necessary action on the following items whenever
the Notification is issued by the State Election Commission.
i) to declare Public Holiday for the Government offices,
Local bodies and Government institutions situated in
the areas of poll on the day of poll and to permit the
Central Government employees, who are bonafide
voters and desire to exercise to franchise to avail the
facility subject t normal exigency of service either by
way of coming late to the office or by leaving the
office early or a short absence on the polling day.
ii) to declare local holiday in the areas notified for
election on the day preceding the day of poll, on the
day of poll and on the day of counting in respect of
public buildings, educational institution buildings,
other buildings, etc., to be used for election related
activities.
iii) to declare local holiday or time off to facilitate
employees of public and private undertakings/firm in
the areas notified for election to exercise their
franchise.
2. The Collectors & District Election Authorities
shall take necessary action accordingly.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner
& Director of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, in the
letters 1st and 3rd read above and after careful examination
of the proposal, Government hereby accord permission to
Sri G. V.Pavan Kumar, School Asst., ZPHS, Kalavalapudi,
Venkatagiri (M), SPSR Nellore District, to go on Voluntary
Retirement on private affairs from 01.09.2013, in relaxation
of Rule 43 of APRP Rules 1980.
2. The Government hereby direct the
Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P.,
Hyderabad, to sanction pension proportionate to his service
completed, as the individual has not rendered required
service of (20) years, to sanction full pension as eligible
under the rules in force.
3. The Commissioner & Director of School
Education, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action
accordingly. The Service Register of the applicant received
in the ref. 3rd read above, is herewith returned.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of
Finance (FR.1) Dept., vide their U.O.No. 10261/64/A1/
Pen.II/13, dated 24.06.2013.
