Attention of DD( TW) ITDA, Paderu and Parvathipuram is invited to the references cited and inform that as per Tribal Welfare Subordinate Service Rules G. O. 45 SW( TW. Ser. III / A1) Dept. dt. 28-6-2011 page( 28) under the clause PRO- BATION of @ that relating to apprenticeship and remuneration during such period issued from time to time, the School Education Rules would be implemented except in the case of recruitment of Tribal Teachers for Government Primary Schools( TW) interims of G. O. Ms. No. 46. dated 7-2-1994.
In G. O. Ms. No. 4 Edn.( PE-SVVR. II) Dept dt. 9-1-2012, there is no such provision of apprentice period for selected candidates of teachers through DSC-2012 Education Department changed the policy of apprenticeship in appointment of the teachers and allowed them to draw the time scales from the date of their joining in the service.
In view of the above position DD( TW) ITDA. Paderu and Parvathipurm is requested to follow the policy implemented in the Education Department in TVV Department also, for the teachers recruited during the Special DSC- 2012 on par with the candidates of DSC- 2012 of Education Department. All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, it is brought to the notice of Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad that most of the teachers are not following dress-code while attending the school and are dressing by wearing Jean Pants, 8 pockets / 4 pockets pants,‘ T’ shirts, Round neck‘ T’ shorts, flip flop shoes etc., The dress should confirm to the professional standards and teaching is a noble profession where the society looks at a teachers for standards of living and should be a role model to students.
It is also brought to the notice that rampant use of cell phones in school hours / instructional hour’ s use of cell phones in class room by teachers distracts the attention of students and the student will emulate such habits from teachers and will affect the educational activities and the students will not be able to pay attention in classroom.
In order to instill discipline among the teachers and students; all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are instructed to issue instructions to all the concerned that:
1. The HM / Teachers should attend the school in the dress appropriate to the profession and should not wear Jean Pants, 8 pocket / 4 pocket pants.‘ T’ shorts, Round neck‘ T’ shorts flip flop shoes etc., and should be a role model to students.
2. The HM / Teachers should not use cell-phones in the class rooms / instructional hours and the students also should not be allowed to use cell phones in class rooms.
The above instruvtions should be followed scrupulously and any deviation will be viewed seriously.

O R D E R:
In the Government Order 1 st read above, Government have fixed among others the basic pay for eligibility for sanction of Motor Car Advance as Rs. 27,700 /-
On the demands of the Employees Association, Government examined the issue for reduction eligibility of the basic pay and decided to reduce the basic pay for eligibility of Moto Car Advance from Rs. 27,700 /- to Rs. 18,030 /-.
Government therefore in modification of the existing orders in G. O. 1 st read above, governing sanction of Motor Car Advance to Government employees hereby fix the eligibility of the basic pay for availing the loan“ from Rs. 27,700 /- to Rs. 18,030 /-”
All other conditions governing the sanction of the above advance under the existing Rules / Orders will continue.
