All the Regional Joint Director of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that in continuation of the Proceedings issued in the reference 2 nd read above, wherein instructions are issued to run the schools for half- a- day from 8.00 A. M. to 12-30 PM due to summer from 15-03-2013 onwards, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are instructed to run the schools which are constituted as S. S. C. Examination centre from 1.00 P. M to 5.00 P. M.

All the DEO’ s in the state are informed that the SSC & IN- TERMEDIATE( APOSS) Public Examinations April / May 2012 have been conducted from Dt. 25-04-2012 to 15-05-2012 daily in two sessions’ i. e. forenoon and afternoon. The services of certain teaching and non teaching staff from Govt / ZP / Aided Schools have been utilized for conduct of the said examinations. The Govt. have permitted the Director of Govt. Examinations A. P. Hyderabad in the GO’ s cited to preserve proportionate leave to the staff engaged for conduct of examinations during the summer vacation period.
In this connection, while enclosing the above Govt. orders all the DEO’ s in the state are informed to take necessary action for preservation of earned leave for the staff whose services have been utilized in conduct of SSC & INTERMEDIATE( APOSS) Public Examinations April / May 2012 held from Dt. 25-04-2012 to 15-05-2012 as per rules and procedure adopted for regular SSC Examination conducted by Director of Govt.
