U&R: How long have you been working in this arena?
J'Aire: I’ve been doing marketing & media for about 5 years and I’ve just started managing about a year ago.
U&R: What made you start Innovative Marketing Media and Management Group?
J'Arie: I just wanted to do what most people are afraid to d; Become My Own Boss! As an African-American woman, I want to be a positive example to other young women in our culture and to let them know that you can do whatever you set your mind to do. (continued)
