Industrial Engineering is a diverse discipline that prepares students for careers in a variety of areas within the general field of engineering. The curriculum provides flexibility in course selection so that you may concentrate on a desired area. Careers include industrial and petroleum companies.
Co-op Program Option
Students are strongly encouraged to take the co-operative training option for the IEM program, where you spend eight months( one semester plus the summer) at carefully selected organizations, where you will receive practical training and engage in meaningful

projects. The IEM program provides students with the opportunity to apply knowledge learned at the University to solving real world problems. Co-op training is equivalent to( 7) credit hours.
