ATTENDANCE

Ø Make sure you log in at least 10 minutes before the event starts . Ø Attendance is recorded via the digital platform . Ø Your attendance will be recorded until the end of the event . Ø To fulfill attendance , you must attend the full session . Ø Some workshops may require attendance for more than one session . Ø These sessions must be attended in full for attaining credits . Ø Surveys must be filled out after the events .

• You will be automatically registered for the mandatory events .

• You need to register for the elective events via the platform wep . kaust . edu . sa .

• If you decide you will not attend an event you have registered for , be sure to visit the event listing online and unregister .
