Untapped's objectives - how successful were they?

A critical evaluation of the achievement of event objectives - to what degree have they been successful?

1. To raise £400 in profit for Cavendish Cancer Care through the following:

i. Pre-event raffle - £50, 4 weeks prior to event.

ii. Raffle tickets sold at the event - £90

iii. Ticket Sales - £260

2. Introduce a new audience to Cavendish Cancer Care through a unique event, using feedback from stakeholders to assess success.

3.To collaborate with Sheffield businesses to gain in kind support in providing services for the event. The event aims to use:

i. Local breweries used in workshop

ii. Local catering company for event

iii. Local live act

iiii. Locally sourced creative collaborations

iiiii. Local venue

4. To introduce a new audience to craft beer in a friendly and sociable event

environment. Measured on demographics of event attendees; an even split between male and female attendees and attracting an audience of young professionals.
