My name is Veronika Bunoza, and I am a project manager at JLL. I completed my construction management and property degree at UNSW, graduating in 2019. My role involves a variety of tasks, including talking to clients and contractors, organising my team, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
The Role
As a project manager, my responsibilities are diverse and dynamic. I engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth execution, and lead my team to achieve project goals. My primary focus is to manage projects efficiently, balancing time constraints and budget limitations to deliver successful outcomes.
