FAREWELL FROM
YOUR ADVISERS
It is very challenging
to live and study in
another country with a
different language and
culture, and you are
to be congratulated
on achieving that level
of independence.
At last you have completed your UNSW Foundation Studies
Program. For many of you, it marks the beginning of your
university career. The stress of examinations is over for the
moment, but it is sad to say goodbye to your class group
with whom you shared both difficult and fun times over the
past months.
The students at UNSW Foundation Studies develop strong
bonds of friendship. You are all away from your own family and
friends and rely to a large extent upon each other for support.
It is very challenging to live and study in another country
with a different language and culture, and you are to be
congratulated on achieving that level of independence.
We have enjoyed being your teachers and academic
advisers and we’re sure you will be successful in your future
endeavours, after an enjoyable and relaxing holiday! We look
forward to seeing you around the university or when you drop
by to visit us.
It is always a thrill to see past students on campus at UNSW
and to follow your progress through your degree course.
