PRME Future Plans
> Continue to Build Staff Capacity in ethics education .
> Advancing gender equality & representation : 40 % D-E academic women by 2025 .
> Conduct alumni / industry survey of what SDGs they would like to see the Business School focusing on . Results from this , together with staff and student surveys ( see Section 6.1 ), will see SDGs prioritised and commitments and targets developed for the top 10 , in consultation with Faculty SDG experts .
> Developing deeper Indigenous engagement , outreach and impact :
• Student growth and scholarships
• Indigenous leadership in the Business School
• Continue to deliver on UNSW Indigenous strategy
• Cultural protocol toolkit
• Continue Indigenous leadership research and embed Indigenous business and case studies in BCom curriculum
> Continue to refine our collaboration with internal partners to foster the goals of PRME ( e . g ., with Faculties and Disciplines such as Science for climate change and Materials Science for renewables , and Divisions around Procurement and Estates Management ).
> Anchor in our community and improve the well-being of financially vulnerable people and businesses :
• Broaden the scope of the UNSW Tax Clinic to a Tax & Business Advisory Clinic . Incorporate business advising and financial and tax literacy programs .
> Collaborate with external partner organisations ( e . g . Australian Business Deans Council ) around the fulfilment of PRME and SDG themes .
