FEE-HELP FEE-HELP is an Australian Government loan scheme that assists eligible full fee-paying students to pay all or part of their tuition fees. FEE-HELP is available to Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents with a humanitarian visa, and Australian permanent residents who are undertaking bridging study for overseas-trained professionals.
