Poster Author Dr Maurizio Floris joined the AGSM as Director for Part-time MBA Programs( MBA Executive and MBAX) a week after UNSW courses were moved online. By October 2020, he has had only 1 face-to-face event with colleagues. He led the team that developed and launched the online onboarding program for Term 2, 2020. Prior to joining UNSW, Maurizio worked for Melbourne Business School and the University of Sydney. He also built one of Australia ' s leading online learning companies from 1998 to 2003, which was a joint venture involving Oracle and three Australian universities.
