MyCoach- Digital Health Program to Reduce Dementia Risk

Learn More
A digital intervention for mild cognitive decline and risk of dementia in adults
Challenge
Mild Cognitive Impairment( MCI) is a condition where people have more memory or thinking problems than other people their age. People diagnosed with MCI have an increased risk of developing dementia. Not everyone with MCI will progress to dementia, so addressing it early can prevent or delay its onset.
Solution
MCI can be caused by dementia pathologies( e. g., Alzheimer’ s, vascular dementia) as well as lifestyle factors, such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Some people with MCI can revert to normal cognition if underlying conditions are addressed. MyCoach is the first multidomain non-pharmacological intervention for people with mild cognitive problems that is delivered online – making it readily accessible and scalable so it can reach people in rural and regional areas.
Target customers / end-users
• individuals with MCI or subjective cognitive decline seeking to reduce dementia risk
• healthcare providers supporting early cognitive health interventions
