Challenge

AMAC solves these challenges by pioneering automated manufacturing solutions that reduce costs, improve reliability and accelerate adoption. It bridges research and industry, delivering practical technologies that enable scalable, highperformance, lightweight composites.
Solution
AMAC’ s interdisciplinary team integrates research, advanced experimental facilities and strong industry partnerships to automate composite manufacturing and overcome barriers related to cost, speed and quality. It co-designs solutions with stakeholders, leveraging digital modelling, automated fibre placement and rigorous testing to create scalable, reliable processes.
By embedding tools into existing industry systems and building long-term partnerships across aerospace, energy, health and Defence, it ensures sustainability, accelerates adoption, strengthens sovereign capability and translates research into practical technologies with realworld impact.
