Legal workplaces need new approaches to leadership, ethics and innovation to remain effective and sustainable. The centre has responded with evidencebased research, education and industry engagement initiatives that support adaptation and resilience.
Solution
The centre connects academia with various sectors of the legal profession, courts and regulators to co-design solutions for the profession’ s future. Its programs include the Leadership for Lawyers executive course, the ideation format Think Tank series and tailored professional development.
Research outputs influence national and international debates, while partnerships with industry and government ensure practical adoption.
This integrated approach ensures legal professionals are prepared for the future with the knowledge and skills they need.
