To make the flower centre (pistil) we need egg white,
vegetable fat, seed head stamens, white gum paste, fine
scissors, pliers, white floral tape and angled tweezers.
Start with 20 gauge or 24 gauge white wire and five seed head
stamens, as shown in picture.
Take the white floral tape and start to tape around stamens
and wire.
