Zawadi Parizek is the picture of inspiration and courage. I met Zawadi through her collaboration and we became firm friends. I am really proud to be a part of this amazing cause. I assisted our members to find their inspiration pictures and ideas for the project. Through this collaboration I met very talented people and made friends for life. This collaboration gave new meaning to my life. I am so thankful for the amazing people God has placed in my life.

When I started this journey with Zawadi, I had no idea how far and wide it would grow. Zawadi asked me to be the social relations officer when there were just hundred members and from there I watched it grow to over 250. Each week I was contacting the members and writing spotlights about how they started their Cakey journey, their inspirations and what being apart of a collaboration meant to them. I have loved getting to know the members and I also had the opportunity to meet many of them recently at an international cake event.
