The earliest signs of pregnancy can appear in the first few weeks of conception. The most common sign of pregnancy is missing a period, and is often accompanied by any combination of these symptoms:

nausea with or without vomiting

tender or swollen breasts

increased urination

fatigue

food aversions or cravings

slight bleeding or cramping but

no period

mood swings

constipation
