I know some of the subscription costs may seem frivolous , but your communication will always be lackluster if you don ’ t provide access to the tools these professionals need . You need to give to get ; it ’ s an investment .

Many businesses I have encountered , both medium and small , need help with systems set-up . This system ranges from basic operational functions such as finance , procurement procedures of equipment like new cameras , and purchasing new design software to new desktops or laptops .
Some organizations run like mom-andpop stores , meaning if the executives deem it frivolous , they won ’ t buy it , leaving your communication staff in limbo , frustrated and with one foot out the door .
This is not about saying yes to every request of your communication team . It ’ s about ensuring they have the support they need to do their work .
