Course Overview :
This refresher course is based around current legislation around the management of Lifts , including the Lift Regulations 2016 , PUWER , LOLER , British Standards , SAFED guidance notes , HTM 08-02 and other relevant current legislation such as European and British Standards . This 3-day course is theory based within PPL Training Centre and covers the requirements to manage the servicing maintenance and inspection requirements of all lifts generically .
Who Is This Course For :
Personnel already appointed as Authorised Person Lifts , to manage their lifts in the healthcare environment with a renewed understanding of current legislation , regulations , roles and responsibilities and who should undertake these . In addition , the course reminds the delegates of the inspections and examinations required for lifts , as well as the safety examinations required of electrical and mechanical items .
