Focusing on the organisational outcomes for year two, partners reported that most progress was made in relation to shared knowledge, expertise and resources through structured networking and monitoring. Partners rated themselves with an average of 5 out of 6 where 1 equals 'not well met' and 6 equals 'fully met'.

The second highest rating was for increased profile, voice and value from being part of an authority wide collective, which achieved an average of 4.7.

The lowest rating (3.2) was for reduced time on applications are reporting. This is mainly due to other funds which organisations are bidding for to supplement the universal work. Significant value is added through other funding sources [see next page].

Overall, partners were in agreement that security and sustainability is being met through core and programme support (4.3).
