-Concerted effort to continue throughout pandemic.

- Access to vast natural assets, which were actively utilised during lockdown - and likely to continue.

- Partners adapted well to Covid-19 and worked well together.

- Varied digital programmes and tools used.

- Growing paid and volunteer workforce.

- More new youth work locations opened.

- Levering new investment from external funders.

- More joint working, sharing and trading.

- To create a joint local youth work strategy, informed by community youth profile conducted in Yr 3.

- To formalise a wider Perth & Kinross youth providers forum/association (following CashBack, Education Recovery Fund experience).

- To jointly fund and appoint a link/strategy officer to support the infrastructure, strategy, joint funding and workforce development.

- To organise a joint celebration/promotion of youth work event and to advocate for wider investment in universal work across Scotland.

- Raise quality and imporive monitoring & evaluation.

- Continue to maximise human, digital and natural assets (e.g. a joint local guide to walk & talk trails, outdoor activities, digital programmes, local experts, training, risk assessment etc.)
