A Season to Remember.
A first ever win over Bishopton, an emphatic victory over title challengers Dumbarton and two dominant victories over rivals Pollock made for a cracking season. We also played in several Scottish Professional Football League stadiums including Palmerston Park, Broadwood Stadium and Rugby Park.
Season 2017 has been the most successful league campaign to date; a season in which the team achieved its highest league position. The challenges set at the beginning of the season were to achieve a top half finish, end the season with a positive goal difference and reach a total of 32 points.
Further expeditions lead us to Manchester to face Easton Cowgirls and Italy, where some of the players took part in the Mondiali Antirazzisti tournament. Both trips were a huge success, and look set to be re-organised next season, in what is sure to be another season to remember.
