APC JOURNAL | Volume 1 2018 edition Congratulations to the officers and members of the newly formed UAP Asia Pacific Council headed by its founding Chairman Arch. Richard Miren R. Franco. I am happy that at last, after everyone’s hard work and perseverance now UAP Asia Pacific Council will be officially Chartered. I know that this Council will continue the mission of the UAP to unite every architect within your jurisdiction, and to bring to them the programs of the Organization. I am aware that forming this council is not an easy task, knowing your situation that members are from different countries, more so managing this kind of Council is even harder. But I believe that with the dedication, passion and each and everybody’s sacrifice you will overcome whatever challenges that may arrive. Again, congratulations to UAP Asia Pacific Council!
