Let's face it,it is easier to make up excuses then to get out there and do something, something which makes you hot,sweaty,uncomfortable and may even throw you out of your comfort zone at times. It's human nature to want to avoid something which puts you ill at ease. But what happens when this so called something is actually exercise and it's really for the best not just physically but emotionally and that avoiding it, is well much more detrimental then for yourself and would save you pain in regards to your health down the track?
That's why we've created UNIfit, designed by and targeted specially for female university students in order to inform and educate and to stop the excuses before it is too late. UNIfit also focuses on providing information on a variety of ways to stay healthy whilst being on a budget.
As we all know just how expensive being healthy at times can be. There's Gym memberships, organic food,supplements,exercise equiptment, the list goes on and on.This has led people to believe that being healthy is expensive and therefore given rise to another excuse.
Getting healthy on a budget is entirely possible and UNIfit is here to show you how. We have made it possible and we will show you how.
Realising just how important health is, should be the biggest motivation alone. Despite the prices, despite the pain our health should be valued. It's only when it starts to deterioate that most people realise.
Though with the many excuses out there people will continue to take it for granted. Even I understand how hard it can be.There's conveniance food, there's being too busy or too tired.Sometimes getting enough motivation is harder then the actual work out itself.
This is what we are trying to prevent. To prevent people from taking their good health for granted and to try and make it stay for as long as possible.
