If your finding it really hard to eliminate your snaking habits, stop and think WHY are you snaking?

Is it because you're hungry?

Is it because you're bored?

Is it because you have mistaken hunger for thirst?

Try drinking a big glass of water or go and do something like going for a walk to take your mind of opening that fridge door! If you absolutely have to eat, make sure your snaking on things such as a hand full of berries or even a can of tuna - super high in protein!
