Connect Care is Intermountain Health ' s virtual clinic. Connect Care virtual visits may cost less money than appointments at an in-person clinic, even when virtual care is not covered by your health insurance plan.
1. Scan the QR code or visit intermountainhealthcare. org / connectcare to log in or download the app.
2. Use the same username and password you created to register your Select Health member account.

If you do not want to be on camera, the Intermountain patient portal has an E-visit option where you can get care for certain conditions via secure online chat.
