Following the delivery of a large bespoke refurbishment project in Tavistock , Rud Sawers Architects , were happy to recommend us for this large bespoke 4 bedroom new build project . We secured the project after competitively tendering the scheme in June 2016 . The site was previously occupied by a 2 storey property which required carefully demolition due to the extensive asbestos within the building structure and roof coverings .
The new building comprises of a single storey section to the front , which will provide 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet / shower room from the entrance hall . Whilst the main two storey section of the property provides 2 large double bedrooms , a separate living room with kitchen area , a large open plan living room / dining room with open plan kitchen and a separate utility and guest bathroom . The roof coverings are a combination of natural Spanish slate and a single ply roof system , with the external elevations being a mixture of sand cement decorated render and a factory treated Scandinavian redwood weather boarding .
