If you aren’t sure of the university you’re going to apply, you should considere all your possibilities, then you have to search which university is better for your major. If there’s more than one university that you like, you need to focus your attention to the different deadlines.

The only way you can make a good decision is by analyzing all the characteristics of the university. Prioritize your needs, and what you’re looking for your future. The best university is the one in which you are happy and has the best fundaments for your future.

The clue in the application processes is to follow each one of the steps with plenty of time. Focusing the mayority of your efforts in the areas you can control, such as revising and studing for admission exams and preparing and writting strong and amazing essays.

If you think you need extra help, you could asist to some courses that will help you going through the application exams.

Most universities have 7 Application Requirement:

1. A completed application form

2. Application fee ($50-100 per university)

3. Admissions exam scores

4. 2-3 essays

5. Transcript

6. 2-3 letters of reference

7. Interview (for some universities)

Each one of the steps is completely important, you need to prepare them on time and focus in the ones you think you have more ability for.

Also it’s very important to notice and focus on the universities deadlines

Deadlines:

1. Rolling admissions – This can be used over a period of time, it’s typically from August to Spring. With this you can be sure that it will get on time. This type of deadline is non-binding and non-restrictive.

2. Restrictive early action (Harvard, Princeton, Stanford and Yale) – Apply by 1 November in anticipation of an admissions decision by 15 December. With this early action you can

only apply for one universtity, if you want to get a schoolarship you should consider this application and submit earlier tan 15 December.

There’re also other deadlines for admission letters, but this ones are the early ones. Each university has their own deadlines, that’s why you need to search and be aware of them, because not seending the applying envelope on time is one of the most common reasons for

been rejected.
