EAT ALL THE FOOD:
LOSE ALL THE WEIGHT
At one point or another, you’ve
probably said to yourself, “If fat loss
is so simple, then why am I still fat?”
or “Why don’t diets work for me?”
Maybe you’ve seen it in yourself or
one of your friends, trying the latest
diet craze: low carb, low fat,
low calorie, whatever it may be.
Interestingly enough, it seems like
no matter what you or your friends
do, as soon as the diet is finished,
you gain the weight back or end
up heavier than when you started.
Albert Einstein once said, “Insanity
is doing the same thing over and
over again and expecting different
results.” Yet here many of us are,
doing exactly just that. We follow
cookie cutter guidelines that
continue to produce an unhealthy,
obese population, but are still
expecting different results.
How many calories can we count
with no results? How many miles do
we run only to find ourselves
exhausted and in physical pain,
rather than with less of a gut? How
many fat loss pills, gimmicks and
“get ripped quick”
“The definition
of insanity is
doing the
same thing
over and
expecting a
different
result"
