You've admitted you have a problem and are getting counseling! That's the first steps. I'm sure there's a bigger problem deep down that you might not realize it that might be triggering this issue, once you get to the bottom and realize why you've developed this addiction I think it'll help you a lot in you overcoming it. - Kendra
