- Crying a lot for no specific reason

- Gaining or losing weight without trying to

- Inability to concentrate or make decisions

- Avoiding enjoyable activities or hobbies

- Feeling mentally and physically exhausted

- Thoughts of death or suicide, or thinking that

“More people will love me if I’m dead” or

“Everyone is better off with me out of the

picture.”
