HA-401 Health Care Financial Management ( 3 ) Intensive examination of development and management of resources for health care through the budget and staffing process . Prerequisites : HA-402 Legal Issues in Health Administration ( 3 ) Examination of the interaction of the legal system with modern medical practice .
