Materials Engineering
Materials engineering is all about making things stronger, lighter and more functional, yet sustainable and cost-effective.
It underpins much of engineering – if we want to make things, we need to have materials with the right properties. Whether it’ s a lighter and stronger jet engine or a biodegradable tissue scaffold to grow organs from stem cells, materials are crucial to all aspects of engineering.
This is a four-year degree where you’ ll study your first two years in Malaysia and your final years at our Clayton campus in Melbourne, Australia.
