What ’ s this course about ?
At the end of your first year , you ’ ll choose to specialise in geology , engineering geology or environmental geology . Your chosen pathway will get you ready for a rewarding career in the growing earth science sector – from supporting the transition to a green economy to predicting and planning against natural hazards . Along the way , you ’ ll conduct experiments in our labs using industry-leading equipment , and develop essential skills on fieldtrips to world-class geological sites in the UK and abroad .
