Learn a language for free
Our Institution-Wide Language Programme ( IWLP ) gives all students the chance to learn a new language , or develop skills in a language previously studied – free of charge . You could even gain credits towards you degree . We offer IWLP language modules in Arabic , British Sign Language , French , German , Italian , Japanese , Mandarin Chinese and Spanish .

International Summer Schools
Study abroad doesn ’ t have to take a term or a year – you could choose a two-week International Summer School instead . On these trips , you ’ ll explore famous landmarks and have lessons on local culture , arts and language – perfect for boosting your CV and broadening your horizons .
