“My time at Keele has been the best three
years of my life. It’s made me who I am today.
I used to be quite shy and reserved, but at
Keele, I have grabbed every opportunity.
From the first week, I joined several societies,
as I wanted to meet people from other courses.
Since then, I’ve taken part in lots of voluntary
work, including for The Street Team. They
work to ensure people get home safely after
a night out at the Students’ Union. All of
these experiences, in addition to my course,
have made me more confident, outgoing
and self-assured.”
