All Years Three to Five Medical students will be based at the Clinical School Johor Bahru (CSJB) situated at the southern-most point of the Malaysian Peninsula, just across the causeway from Singapore. CSJB is strategically located right next to the Sultanah Aminah Hospital, a tertiary and referral hospital where the clinical studies will be centred. YEAR THREE Location: Clinical School Johor Bahru You will study integrated medicine and surgery, which will be taught together with a series of problem-based learning sessions and bedside sessions in clinical settings. YEAR FOUR Location: Clinical School Johor Bahru and Sultanah Aminah Hospital You will be engaged with core clinical rotations in women’s and children’s health and general practice and psychological medicine. YEAR FIVE Location: Clinical School Johor Bahru, Sultanah Aminah Hospital, and in Australia Your final year will be structured as a series of pre-intern placements and electives, where you will have the opportunity to complete your degree by gaining wider experience in important disciplines and specific areas of interest through a range of urban, rural and overseas settings. “Being a part of a university that strives to achieve excellence in all aspects comes with high expectations. LOCATION The entire Medical course is completed in Malaysia, with the exception of three months in the final year of the program, where you will be based in clinical settings in Australia.
