Inside Out Prison Exchange Program
The Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program is an educational program that brings together campus-based college students with incarcerated students for a semester-long course held in a prison , jail or other correctional setting . The mission is to create opportunities for people inside and outside of prison to have transformative learning experiences that emphasize collaboration and dialogue and that invite them to take leadership in addressing crime , justice , and other issues of social concern . The course will utilize a variety of dynamic learning techniques including class discussions , reflective writing , analytical writing , and group activities . Permission from Instructor required . Transportation fees apply .

Criminal Investigations
The fundamentals of criminal investigation , theory and history will be surveyed . Students study and follow the process of criminal investigations from collection of crime scene evidence to the courtroom , including problems encountered in interviewing , interrogating and investigation and specific techniques appropriate to different types of crimes .
