Lab focus on the study of the body functions and structures of the human body with a major emphasis on functional anatomy within the OSC 410 , OSC 415 domain of concern for occupational therapy and analyzing typical , atypical , and compensatory human movement across the life span . High Intensity Interval Training ( HIIT ) involves high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery . HIIT training calls for challenging work for short time frames lasting from thirty seconds to two minutes . The class runs for one hour twice per week . This class teaches basic principles of weight training . Types of weight training exercises and nutrition and fitness concepts are introduced which instruct students to design their own personal program .
This is a group aerobic exercise class that will also provide information on cardiovascular fitness , weight control , stress management and benefits of exercise . An introductory course in the history , terminology and skills of this martial art . classes are taught by professional black belt martial artists .
